Booking & Cancellation Policies

​

Appointments are booked by phone to keep scheduling personal and reliable.

​

Cancellations:
Please provide at least 6 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals:
Sessions may be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment. Full payment is still required.

Outcalls:
Outcall sessions available by appointment only.
A safe, accessible environment is required. The therapist reserves the right to decline an outcall if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are provided when booking.

Professional Massage Standards

Zensations Therapy provides strictly professional therapeutic massage services.

Any inappropriate language, requests, or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment required.

Clients are responsible for sharing any relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy information before the session begins. This ensures safe and appropriate care.

Minors must have a parent or guardian present during the entire appointment.

Right to Refuse Service

The therapist may decline or discontinue a session at any time if:

• A client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• There is inappropriate or unsafe behavior

• A medical or physical issue makes massage unsafe

• Conditions for an outcall are not appropriate
